TAIWAN - a place i felt HOME. (台北,台南,台东)

Flipping through my photo albums for our Taiwan Trip ..
the feeling of going back there, again, hit me 'boisterously'~
Very fond of this pretty Island, I simply love the nature of it's people, the scenery, the culture and everything about it.

Throughout the planning of this trip, i met a lot of kind people who advised and assisted me through my planning of itinerary. LOVE the people! Simply heart felt warming.

It was a 10 days trip, too short to cover the whole island, but sufficient enough to have more than just a glimpse into the local life.

We meandered through the west-east highway across the highland. It was a risky journey, as landslide happens frequently. It took place even the day before our journey up there. We were worry and disturbed, but very lucky for us to have the local who helped us to keep track on the traffic condition the whole day, whether has the road been cleared and unblocked. They helped to find alternative, and keep assuring us the trip shall not stopped half way. We were relieved when the restriction of passing is released (as it is the only route to travel cheap&time saving to the east.) the people we met cheered us up and assure that we will be fine.

With very strong mental support & encouragement from them, we manage to continue our journey as planned... and safely we went through it.
Today, that road has been closed down as landslide has been severe and no longer safe for vehicles to pass. We are grateful that we experience it once, it is unforgettable.

In Taiwan, every point of it, Is the Highlight.

We were caught in a situation where the ground temperature at 25 degree, traveled up the highland to have ourselves trapped below 10 degree temperature, and we were without any thick clothing. Ran to buy hand gloves, literally 'swallow' a bowl of HOT SOUP to warm our body up, in the end burn our tongue..

To be surprised of the wide variety of things their 7-eleven offers, and having few of our meals buying food from there.

Joined in the recording of the Taiwanese entertainment show 'Guess, Guess, Guess' meeting my all time favourite artists.

Having members bored to death and slept in the Museum...

Went for Hot spring bath where the guys given their '1st time' to each other..^^

Did a lot crazy stuff along the journey.
Rain follows us everywhere we go, but we had great fun anyhow.

WISH TO GO BACK AGAIN SOME DAY... ASAP...
